Error while previewing the Nprinting Report

Hello All,

I have created a qlikview application and also created a nprinting report for that QV application.But when I previewing the report it's showing the below error.

There are two straight Tables in qlikview application that contains only 15k lines and when we first time created this report we haven't seen this issue or we didn't notice it and there is one column where the total is not changing from starting of report execution and not sure only for one particular column total is not changing.

Please help me on this issue.

Two options:

Option A:

Create a new, simple QVW and new straight table chart that you wish to use in your with NPrinting Report
Ensure that the chart does not exceed the MS excel 1 million row limit (you may use the reduce feature in the QlikView Desktop to 'reduce selected')
Ensure there are no unsupported items in the new QVW. ie: triggers, always one selected values etc.
Create a new connection to the new test QVW.
Create a report with the new test QVW connection and retest.

If it works then something in your existing QVW is not quite right such as the use of unsupported items. Unsupported QlikView Document item... - Qlik Community - 1714896

Option B:

If the above results in the same issue, Start a Qlik Support Case.

Note: make sure that QlikView that you are are using is a supported version with the version of NPrinting that you are running.
