Hello Experts,

Can a user have and use NewsStand without Nprinting?

Will they still be able to see and access reports on the NewsStand? Or do they need to get NPrinting installed to be able to see it?

End users just need a browser to reach NPrinting NewStand which is hosted by an NPrinting server. The user does not need to have anything installed except for a supported browser:

However, the user must be pre-registered in the NPrinting console with a userID, email, locale, and language setting. You can create the user manually in the NPrinting Console or batch import the user(s) from an EXCEL Import file or an LDAP server using a User Import Task.

You can use WINDOWS, SAML, or NPRINTING native authentication to handle the authentication of the user and it supports SSO with WINDOWS or SAML.
