Hi.

Tools I use are:

NPrinting Governance Dashboard app: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-NPrinting-Governance-Dashboard-Version-3-Now-Available/ta-p/1744538

this app will tell you what objects you have in your report. I use for it "Qlik Lineage" sheet

Then I use AddSense Chrome extension which is fantastic for this kind of exercise: https://upper88.com/addsensechrome.html as it will show you ids of all objects on sheet and you can even shearch for one using Cmd+F or Ctrl+F

one thing you need to be careful with is if you used containers as those object ids will not be shown unless they are currently selected/displayed

Cheers

Dear all,

I am doing a cleanup of unwanted Qlik base sheets, ~50 in total with multiple charts and tables; with the master guiding the cleanup being the business nPrinting reports; i.e. reconciling the objects within nPrinting reports to the base sheets to find what is actually used.

What I would like to know is there a less tedious way than going into each and every nprinting report and each object, obtaining the id and then searching for the object id within the Qlik dev hub?

Thank you for any guidance
