      <title>Nprinting Connection Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to connect Nprinting to&amp;nbsp; a qvw file which is located in a different server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both the servers are in the same domain and also the nprinting login have been assigned a named cal in the qlikview server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using Nprinting version 17.6 and I have followed all the desired steps given in the manual.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But while making a connection I am getting error in the "&lt;STRONG&gt;Document Exists section"&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Though my qvw is placed at the correct location and also I have mounted the folder but it sill gives the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I am using DMS authorization instead of NTFS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;other comments:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;make sure you lease a USER call license on NPrinting engine box by opening QlikVIew desktop as a service account user. This allows QlikView to go through intial stage where Locale are set and license leased&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you might want to upgrade to&amp;nbsp; NPrinting July 2018 &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;make sure QlikView desktop and server are using the same version including SR&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;if you still have issues post a qvp connection string so we can investigate further&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lech&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
