NPrinting schedule reload task not working

When scheduling a reload task, the data is not getting reloaded and the log file shows an error:

Error during Reload: File Not Found

Please help!!!

Hi, did you try to run through Nprinting Designer? It can be the ID of some object .. It tries to run by the designer that it is easier to find the error.

As Pablo mentioned, does it work in the Client?

I would revisit my setup and ensure that all prerequisites are met. Use this document as a checklist: Configuring and Troubleshooting NPrinting Server Service and Schedules

Yes, it works and it reloads, even when it is run manually from Nprintinig designer but not when it is schedule from NPrinting.

Hi Hilda,

In that case, log in as the service account used to run the NPrinting Server service and then try to run the reload task in the NPrintng Client (just FYI, Designer is only used in versions 17 and above).
