Qlik Nprinting SSL issue

I am trying to apply SSL by following steps mentioned in the below article. But after completing the steps my Nprinting link is not working and getting error and if i revoke the SSL changes then Nprinting starts working again.

Hello ,

1. Please confirm that all the steps have been following regarding the SSL Certificate.
2. Make sure the certificate isn't password protectrice (review the link below)

Have a look at this if the help page method for managing certificates is not working for you.

Suggest that you acquire a 3rd party cert PFX full chain and follow below. It is critical to remove the password from the .key file. If you do not, it will not work.

Please have your own local certificate experts help you with this as it can be a complex custom requirement to fulfill if you are not familiar.
