Hi,

I have a data table created in QlikSense and Report made in NPrinting, table includes columns like License No., Name, Email, Address

License No.

Email

Name

Address

1

n@gmail.com

1N

1A

2

n@gmail.com

2N

2A

3

g@gmail.com

3G

3A

4

f@gmail.com

3F

4A

Required result: Mail to be sent to n@gmail.com with details of License No. 1 and 2 and for others too of their respective details.

I don't want to create users as it will become hard to manage later due to 1000s of users which will need to be created both in Qlik and NPrinting to use Section Access, would like to know steps to bypass this.

Hi,

First of all, when posting a new question in the community add only the label with the version of Qlik NPrinting you are using. The answer could depends on it. Be also sure it is a supported version otherwise start by upgrading. All versions you added here are out of support.

You must create users to send filtered reports via email and you can do it by importing users and filters via Excel file as explained in https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Import-Users-Filters.htm. Based on the import task settings old users no more present in the imported file can be automatically deleted. Then associate users with at least one group and insert that group in the publish task because can associate users to a task only manually but using groups will solve.

Best Regards,
