Create NPrinting GET and POST REST connections

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to connect to NPrinting from Sense using these instructions https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/How-to-create-NPrinting-GET-and-POST-REST-connections/ta-p/1832298 and I have a different result if I use Sense Web /on premise) or if I use Sense Desktop (connected to the same instance as the Web, version 14.159.4). While the Desktop connects fine, the Web connection fails, leaving me to check the parameters.

Do you have any ideas about this?

Once I recover the login, how can I download the log file (audit/logs)?

Sorry for the questions that may seem trivial, but I'm not very good at these activities.

Hi David,

while with the Desktop version it tells me "connection succesfully", with the web version it simply tells me "unable to establish connection"

Qlik Sense Desktop is installed on the NPrinting machine? Or an external system?

What do you mean with "web version", Qlik Sense Enterprise On Windows. Or Qlik Cloud ?

@sureshkumar what version is QlikSense (Month and Year)

Keep in mind its using different accounts, note:

Requirements of REST user account:

Windows Authentication is required in both these connectors. The required user account is the NPrinting service account (which is also ROOTADMIN on the Qlik Sense server)
This user account must also be a member of the NPrinting 'Administrators' Security Role on the NPrinting Server.
