Nprinting Powerpoint table

Hi all.

Is it possible to create such a table in PowerPoint using NPrinting without linking an Excel file?

Conditions:

Conditional formatting (e.g., colors) must be applied to the cells.
It must be possible to change the font.

Using MS Excel is required as it underpins the underlying design requirement to create Native Powerpoint Charts (as seen here Creating NPrinting Powerpoint reports). Only MS Office is supported (Libra Office and other non MS Office products are not supported).

You may insert an image of a Qlik Sense (or QlikView) chart as an alternative (also described in the link above).

Or you may wish to create a Pixel Perfect report if you are wishing not use MS Office in your reports. However, PixelPerfect does not support pptx output format.

I will need to check how close i could get this by using image of pivot table. Given that recent versions of Qlik Sense have very enhanced customisations available i think thats the only possible way to achieve this would be by using image. Other methods will not provide you with what you say you need

This is the closest I could get with Qlik Sense Feb 2024 version. Newer versions have alot more control over boreders, dividers colours etc so that could be even closer to what you need

Then Using new Pivot table in Qlik Sense (you have 2 options)

If your number of columns is static you can use set analysis for each column
If it is dynamic you may need to use :
- just dimension as column (notice one extra white empty column)
- or conditional hide show and set analysis on columns based on fieldIndex (lets just say that there is limitation as to how many values you may wish to have as columns). I say up to 20 is reasonable
You can control to some extend font, font style and size as well as cell background, text alignment
Then you just export that as image in NPrinitng ensuring you first measure the pixels you require to properly display that chart and use that in rendering parameters of that object

and Preview (not ideal, but not terrible). I would say this is fairly acceptable:

So yeah - fairly easy and given that your table looks like rather static object (static number of columns and rows) you could even go one step further and maybe do some somethign crazy like:

create your image only with background cell formats by making invisible borders and font and background having the same colour
outputing data as actual data table but with "Keep source format" disabled and overlaying it on top of your image.
that would require little bit by setting your data table to the front (with transaparent cells) and sending image to back. Using this solution you could have full control of actual fonts and you could also edit table.

The above 3 bulletpoints are extreme workaround, but possible if you really have to meet certain requirements.
