I think its issue in your template kindly check template is there or something change in it . Preview it and check.

Hi,

Too few details. For example we can deduct that you are using a 16 but which one? Please update to 16.8.

We can see that you are creating a QlikView Entity report. Are you sure that the exported object is still present in the connected QlikView object?

Hi,

there are few workarounds.

Step1 Restart all nprinting and Qlikview serivies(Services.msc)

Step.2 if this does not solve your problem issue could be with Performance analyser, go to cmd, type

lodctr /R

Step 3. Restart ur server

Step 4. stop all the Qlik services and Restart them in below order.

QV Directory service connector
QV Distribution service
QV Management service
QV Server
QV web Server
Nprinting Service
