I am facing issue. When i tiring to open nprintng outside of server getting below error . Could you please suggestion on this.

There are many ways to troubleshoot, is firewall enabled to NP servers from client IP's?

Is anywhere blocking from your company policies, have you checked with network team?

If you can access NPrinting internally from the server itself and you cannot access it from other computers on the network then there is purely network issue. You need to have at least por 4993 opened and as Anil mentioned firewall rules applied. This is all documented and you MUST meet the criteria described on help site for it to work properly. Once you meet all those criteria then I am sure you will be able to open it.

If you are not familiar with your network then I suggest you present this to your network admin.

This issue has been resolved. I just use the full name of NPrinting server to open NPrinting console outside of server and its worked.
