      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My colleague gets this error when trying to open the NPrinting Designer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I know there are many articles about this error, and I have tried everything, but nothing fixes the error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have NPrinting Server, Engine and Designer February 2024.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have the designer installed locally on my computer and &lt;STRONG&gt;I do not have the issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My colleague also has the designer installed locally and she gets the error. We are in the process of switching from Windows 10 to 11. I still have Windows 10 and my colleague has Windows 11. That is the only difference.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Here is some information and things I have already tried:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;OS:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Windows 11 Version 23H2 Build 22631.4890&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Office Version:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;2501 Build 18429.20158&lt;STRONG&gt; 64 Bit&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;NPrinting is installed on C:&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Designer has the same version as Engine and Server (February 2024), I already reinstalled it&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;We reinstalled Office&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;System requirements for NPrinting are met&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Checked/Changed scaling and resolution settings as in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-NPrinting-Designer-preview-fails-or-other-template-editor/ta-p/1782144" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-NPrinting-Designer-preview-fails-or-other-template-editor/ta-p/1782144&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Checked the office registry keys as in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-NPrinting-can-t-find-a-supported-template-editor-for-the/ta-p/1712807" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-NPrinting-can-t-find-a-supported-template-editor-for-the/ta-p/1712807&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;She does not get the error when the report type is html, so probably it has something to do with Office&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;tricky one. Links you provided cover all the scenarios so there is not much we can advice other than start support case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will just add couple questions in case you missed those:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I assume office license is already taken care of and office is licensed for user who tries to open it&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I assume you are using single screen&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Zoom setting is set to 100 % on ALL SCREENS!!!&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;you can play with: optimize for appearence / optimize for compatibility setting in excel&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I always install designer with Administrator rights (run as administrator) to ensure all required files are installed properly&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I doublechecked everything and turns out that after reinstalling Office 64 Bit Version the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;optimize for appearence / optimize for compatibility settings obviously went back to default.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So I switched to&amp;nbsp;optimize for appearence aaand it works.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you guys for your help!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
