      <title>Qlik NPrinting Service Startup Issue – Web Engine Logon Failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need assistance with Qlik NPrinting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The service was working correctly until it suddenly stopped while others continued running normally.&lt;BR /&gt;I stopped all services in the correct order and then attempted to restart them one by one, following this sequence:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Start Order for Qlik NPrinting Services:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;QlikNPrintingRepoService&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;QlikNPrintingMessagingService&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;QlikNPrinting License Service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;QlikNPrinting Web Engine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;QlikNPrinting Scheduler&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;QlikNPrinting Engine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;QlikNPrinting Audit Service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;All services started normally until&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"QlikNPrintingMessagingService"&lt;/STRONG&gt;, when I received the following error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"The operation could not be completed: the service did not start due to a logon failure."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What could be causing this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Marcos Faria.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/152221"&gt;@MarcosFaria&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I say one of the following things happen:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;service account password or credentials expired&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;or simply service account got deactivated&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Talk to your IT and check if that account is active, isn't locked and password hasn't changed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
