send multiple emails to a single user in the same Nprinting task

I need to send several separate emails to the same user, in which each email will have the same report with different filters. My biggest problem is knowing how to send multiple emails in Nprinting.

Example: I have 10 salespeople and I need 10 emails to arrive for a single user with the report filtered in each email.

I´am using the February 2024 version

Create user filters for each user

In the to: field add your recipients (each user with user filters)

in the cc: field add the manager (user with no filters)

Hello, thank you very much for the answer, I created a filter and applied it to the recipient, I used cycling but nothing worked. Let me give you a better example of my need:

Email 1
Subject: seller 1
Body: hello, gabriel here is the report for seller1

Email2
Subject: seller 2
Body: hello, gabriel here is the report for seller2

Email3
Subject: seller 3
Body: hello, gabriel here is the report for seller3

Email4
Subject: seller 4
Body: hello, gabriel here is the report for seller4
...

No no no..the above will not work I am afraid. You have to twist your thinking little bit.

In this case using users and assigning user filters has to be implemented with the twist

1. create dummy users - each user will represent set of unique filters!!!

2. assign dummy unique email to that user (can be 100@xyz, 101@zyz... itd... it just needs to be in email format as that is NPrinting requirement but we will not send anything to that user)

3. to each of those dummy users create and assign the filter which will represent unique filter set

4. assign alternative email address - this is tricky part as looking at your above mockup you want to address people by their user name which in my scenario wouldnt be possible, everything else is possible

5. assign all those users to nprinting group which will be used in task (for simplicity) and role so they can receive reports!!!!

6. create task - add that group as recipient

7. in email section choose as TO: alternative email

8. send report

Result will be that for each unique filter you create you will be sending individual email to alternative email address. Note that alternative email can be list of separated values/emails so if there is a filter set which needs to be send to more than 1 person you can just create array of their emails.

Hello, thank you very much for the answer.
Interesting approach, above I gave a short example with only 4 salespeople, but in my cloud I have almost 100 salespeople, would this approach still be the right one? I always need to send to the same email user who would be my boss. There would be no other email user other than him. Thanks again.

Hi,

If the goal is to send 100 individual emails to your boss (each being for different salesperson then this is still the only approach you can use to achieve it.

If your boss can receive 1 email with reports bunched together in zip file (1 pdf report per salesperson but all salespeople reports zipped in single email) then you can just cycle it by salesperson dimension which is not what you described as your requirement.
