Otherwise, the system displays an error stating that it is &lt;STRONG&gt;unable to connect to the server&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried using the FQDNs, localhost, and IP/domain configurations, and also attempted Windows authentication.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Rohit&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Avinash,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using o-demand n-printing to download the report on dashboard, its not designer issue its issue related to authentication so i am not able to recognize that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/350524"&gt;@rohitbibe07&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those errors indicate that your system configuration does not meet requirements.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;make sure you use FQDN&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;make sure you have Third party trusted SSL certificate for Qlik Sense and for NPrinting&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;make sure you configure trusted origins in NPrinting&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;make sure you use compatible versions of Qlik Sense and NPrinting. There is no mention from you what software versions you are using but as mentioned on &lt;A href="https://help.qlik.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.qlik.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;only certain combinations are possible.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lech&lt;/P&gt;</description>
