Hi @Manni_SM

From screenshot it looks like you are only having one level used for detailed report which produces a table. If you want to cycle through values of Categories field you need to put everything in another level based on categories (table object with category as dimension or field - depending on requirement)

so in reality you actually need to re-work your template where you will have to nest level used to produce a table within the level which will cycle though categories.

This is well explained in help site: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2026/Content/NPrinting/PixelPerfectReports/Add-Totals-Subtotals.htm

cheers

Hi @Manni_SM

Sorry - I am not understanding what you are trying to do. Also the fact that something is currently not in single table doesn't mean you may not need to move it to the same table.

Depending on your required layout you could have used values from first table as a Level (as long as it meets requirements to be a level)

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2025/Content/NPrinting/ExcelReports/More-Levels-Excel-Reports.htm

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2025/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Qlik-objects-supported-NP.htm

and then inside that level you could have nested second table data.

For now this is just a high level information of how you could deal with it and we would need more details to be able to provide you with more explicit solution.

cheers

HI @Manni_SM

If tables have different fields then you need 2 different objects in Qlik Sense/QlikView. If those 2 are just different values of the same field you can get away with one object in Qlik Sense.

What you do next with it depends on the required layout. I dont see required layout / mockup so can't comment more.

What you said so far is that you just need to put one table under another which is no problem at all, so then the question is: what else do you need to know?

One very important thing. You may want to spend a lot more time preparing your questions and descriptions of what the actual issue is as giving us "one sentence" questions is just not going to cut it and we are not there with you to be able to understand whole context. This is very important with NPrinting as many things can be done in different ways and a lot depends on requirements. Have a look at example of the question I asked on community: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting/Chart-Legend-containing-Date-has-different-value-when-output-is/td-p/1705871 with all required steps to replicate what the issue is.If you want to get quick answer you need to do the same - invest and ask right question please.

Also - dont trust AI with NPrinting questions - I see it gives a lot of misleading answers so please use https://help.qlik.com as a source of the information rather than AI.
