NPrinting Backup on Windows 2016 Server fails

Hello everyone,

has anyone of you experienced the same issue when backing up Nprinting on a windows 2016 server?

I am getting below error.

Seems like the Qlik.NPrinting.Manager.exe is not supported under Win2016 Servers.

Any workaround you guys know?

Help is very much appreciated!

Forgot to mention:

im was trying to backup NPrinting Version June2018.

Stopped all 3 relevant Services (Server, Engine, Webconsole) in advance,

account having admin privileges etc., executed CMD Console via Admin etc...

I can confirm that it is in fact supported:

this is really strange.

I opened up a ticket at qlik support.

Hope they will find out.
