If you have a standard installation, log files should be placed here:

C:\ProgramData\NPrinting\Logs

Hi Babita,

First of all few things to make your post useful for others:

create meaningful title - nPrinitng title means NOTHING unless you provide little bit more information like: "Where are NPrinintg 17.3 Engine logs stored?" in your title
always provide version of software you are using to avoid confusion
ALWAYS check NPrinting manual - https://help.qlik.com, 99% of questions from here are answered there!

to see the consequences of putting generic title as yours see screenshot below - it has connections to similar topics based on its titles. As you can imagine they all refer to completely unrelated things and make community very difficult to browse and search for answers!
