Can we add cc and bcc to the recipients import in NPrinting 17 or did that stop with NPrinting 16?

In NPrinitng 17/18 this is not supported just yet.

I am not sure if/when it will.

Hi,

Qlik NPrinting 17+ doesn't have, at the moment, the CC and BCC fields for users as they are available in 16 versions. So you cannot import them. I will ask to add this feature.

In publish tasks you can add recipients as CC and BCC.

Just to close this out. I like to share the business case to be absolutely sure that this isn't doable right now.

I have a report that is filtered and sent to a salesperson. The filter is the salesperonID and the email is saleperson's email. NPrinting will send them emails by cycling through the salespersonID

These salespersons role up to managers. Is there a though on using the cycle to send the same email to their managers? I guess that I could add filters by manager.

Hi,

Suppose you have:

ManagerA that need to se sales of Salesman1, Salesman2 and Salesman3.

To the users related to Salesman1, Salesman2 and Salesman3 you add a filter for each one that filters only his sales.

To ManagerA you add a single filter with SalesmanID=Salesman1 OR SalesmanID=Salesman2 OR SalesmanID=Salesman3. You simply select the 3 salesman from the values list in the filter.

After, instead of using cycles, you can add the SalesmanID to the Pages node. Salesmans with filter for a single value will receive an Excel report with a single worksheet. The ManagerA will receive an Excel report with 3 worksheets one for each salesman.
