    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the purpose of the backup is that you can always revert back if your upgrade fails. This will perform upgrade and repository upgrade too.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;HI All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have upgraded Qlik Nprinting from February 18 version to September 18 version.For this is followed the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Creating Backup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.Installing Nprinting Server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.Installing Nprinting Engine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.Installing Nprinting Designer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.Restoring the backup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After restoring when I try to start my services,everything but Scheduler service is running.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created a backup in NPrinting February 18 and restoring it in Nprinting September 18.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if I can restore the backup in same version, how will I do the upgrade without&amp;nbsp; losing the data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
