Nprinting Connection Error

Hi, I have recently installed Nprinting in the same drive as my QlikView application. I am getting the following error when I try to connect to my QVW from within my Nprinting application:

Access violation at address 01 C6BB51 in modulee NPrinting.exe. REad of address 00000018,

I would be grateful for any help/advice on how to overcome this.

It would help to have version numbers, as it looks like you are using version 16.x.

Is the NPrinting stuff running as THE SAME user as your QlikView stuff? I remember I had a similar problem years ago, and it was because the NPrinting AD account had to be different from the Qlik AD account.

Hi Justin, thanks for getting back on this. The Nprinting is Version 16.0.0.0.
