Embeded html in email not changing size (Nprinting)

Hi.

Problem No1:

I have created a pixel perfect html report. When re-sizing the objects, the preview seems to work as expected, the objects appear smaller. But when the task is executed and email is sent, the objects look exactly as before (a few pixels difference), as if 100% of the available screen on the creation and not the destination PC is used.

The goal here is to make the embedded html report fit the users screen resolution (1280x1024).

Any ideas why this might be happening? Any alternatives?

Problem No2:

The pdf preview is not working. On the machine there is no acrobat reader installed, but I was under the impression that Nprinting has an internal pdf viewer. Does anybody know if this is the case?
