Is it possible to a table to a variable

Hello All,

I created a table in Qlikview and i need to generate the table in a mail every 2 hours using Nprinting.

It is easy to generate the table in a word and then attach it to the mail but I need to show the table in the mail itself.

So my question is can I create a variable for a table?If yes, how?

Hi Hasvine,

QlikView NPrinting allows you to embed an HTML report and some other reports as HTML/images into the body of an e-mail message. Take a look at this tutorial to learn how: How to Embed an HTML Report into the Body of an E-mail Message

Although it is recommended, you need not create a HTML report. You can also embed the following report types as long as their Output Formats are specified according to this table:

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for the tips. However, when i get to the page where you get to select the embed_html report, I dont get the option.

Below is the screenshot of my screen:

I believe I am missing something.Any idea?

Hi Hasvine,

To have that option:

1. You need to ensure that the e-mail format is set to HTML Text

2. The report Output Format should be set to one that can be embedded into the body of an HTML e-mail message.
