Difference between Preview and final Report

Hi to all,

I have this problem with Nprinting:

This is what I see when I launch report preview:

And this is the final report:

I set "stretch image" on all, I tried everything.. This happens with every template.

Help, please?

Question - which tempalte type are you using?

I am assuming you are bringing these items in as images - If you leave the stretch option at 'Don't Fit', it should bring the image into the template as the same size as it is in Qlik. There are differnt ways to size the object based on the template you are using

Hi,

I’m using Pixel Perfect Template, but it’s the same with the others.

I’m bringing them as images, correct.

I just ran a test with 2 differnt gauges in different formats using an Excel template. My results all looked correct. Resized one of the objects using stretch and defining pixels.

Previewed in both xlsx and pdf

what version of QlikView and NPrinting are you using - my version opf Qlik is SR 7 and am on 16.1 in NPrinting

I think this is a RAM problem, I’m working on server, and when I restart the service all works.. after few hours I have the problem.

Nprinting 16.1.0.0
