Reporting with Nprinting

Hi,

I have many users of many QlikView applications on access point.

I need a monthly pdf report (only one) including objects with selections, snapshots (if they exist) and notes, bookmakers ....done by users.

Please any one could help me doing this with nprinting ?

All this can be done in the N printing designer and then you can schedule the .nsq file on the n printing server

This can be done using Nprinting OnDemand Extension. You have to enable the OnDemand feature on the Server. Then use OnDemand Extension Objects to run the report built using Nprinting Designer through the Qlikview Document saved with WebView enabled.

There are some good tutorials if you are not familiar with nprinting, but what you will need to do is

create a connection to the qlikview aoolication

build report tempalte

add report to a task - in the task you would specify your output to be pdf

crate a job and schedule for the task

what type of tempalte will you be using - word, excel, powerpoint?

There is an NPrinting tutorial environment that goes along with the nprinting online help/tutorials

attached is the zip file with the environment

based on what you want to do, you can go onto the site and search for the tutorial that best suits your needs - they contain step by step isntructions

you will need a license for NPrinting in order to utilize the environment and go through the tutorials

There are some vides as well that you can view to see what the product can do
