NPrinting Upgrade

Id like to upgrade NPrinting to the latest version, both, client and server.

What do I do?

You can download each from the Qlik Download site: http://us-b.demo.qlik.com/download/

They can be found on the QlikView tab. The latest is NP16 SR2.

you will need to go to the qlik site for the software, download the isntall - Qlik Sense Desktop | Qlikmake the appropriate selections to filter down to the NPrinting products

it will uninstall the current version and isntall new version.

It will be needed on all development machines (designer) and on the server machines

The release notes will also provide further inforamtion

You need to have log on privilege to the Qlik support site to access the NP downloads.

If you need access, please contact the Qlik Qoncierge.

Contact Qlik Qoncierge Service | Qlik

Once you have access, click the Qlikview tab and scroll down the Products section to find the NPrinting Designer and Server.

I still have questions.

My version is 15.4.0.0, it is an old one, before Qlik bought NPrinting.

What about license number?

I believe you may need to contact yopur qlik representative since the license numbers now are qlik licenses generated in the same format as the licenses for QlikView

The NPrinting 15.x or lower downloads are no longer available for direct download.

We suggest you upgrade to Qlikview NP 16.x or higher. Licenses should have been emailed to you already.

If you do not have your licenses for NP 16 or higher, you can contact your customer or partner manager to retrieve your keys.

You may also contact the Qlik Qoncierge to retrieve your new Qlikview NPrinting 16 license keys.

Christian -

Please contact your partner manager. They will give you the conversions keys needed to go from NP15 to NP16.

NPrinting 16 retained the same functionality as the last version released by Vizubi (15.7). The only change was to use Qlik's licensing system.

The new version will uninstall old version during installtion, there is no uninstallation required here during upgrade?
