You should be able to find most of what you need on the NPrinting Community homepage in the QlikView NPrinting Resources section on the left side.

The On-Demand knowledge base with additional topics is here: http://community.vizubi.com/knowledgebase/topics/43914-on-demand

There are also On-Demand project files and QVWs in our training repository (see NPrinting Training Material‌ for links). And the advanced training webinar recording in the same link shows some basic On-Demand object configuration.

the stuff you are asking for is in today's 'Latest Resources' feed. Mr.Savino has given lot of materiel on Nprinting go and have a look.
