    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;After upgrading to NPrinting February 2018, NPrinting Designer fails to edit template.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="NPrinting_Designer_error.png" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/194679_NPrinting_Designer_error.png" style="height: 294px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All connections have been refreshed (reload metadata) and I can publish the report as usual. I have tried altering the connection to local, but it didn't solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions how to solve the problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem solved:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Despite that I followed the procedure of upgrading from November 2017 to February 2018 and didn't see anything go wrong in the process, something must have gone wrong. I have tried a couple of things but what cleared the problem was uninstalling the designer, reinstalling it again and reload all metadata.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
