How do i add another report in QlikView NPrinting Task?

I have created a new task and a PDF report on NPrinting. The recipients of this report are all the same. I want to add this new report to another task already created.

Is there any method to solve this?

If you want both the PDF reports to be generated at the same time , then directly add the report task in the scheduler that should meet your requirement.

Let me elaborate.

I created Task 1 few months back and developed 2 reports in it. This task is operational and is being emailed daily.

Now I have created another task (Task 2) and have created a report as well. I want to add the report created in Task 2 in Task 1.

Both these tasks use same QlikView Dashboard, but difference charts and objects.

When I open Task 1, and click on add reports, it only shows me the 2 reports that have been created in it. I want to add the Task 2 report in it as well, so that there will be a total of 3 reports in Task 1.

I hope I have cleared myself.

If I understand correctly, since it sounds like all 3 reports are in the same nsq, you should be able to go into taks 1 and add report 3 - that will use the same recipient list as reports 1 and 2 since all 3 reports are in the smae task - also make sure when you add report 3, you specify the output format

If all the Tasks and Reports are in the same NPrinting .nsq file, then all the reports should be visible when you open the "add reports" window from a Task.

There is a single .nsq file
1. Make sure the 3rd report is "active":
2. Make sure you have saved the .nsq file

There are two separate .nsq files:
1. If the 3rd report is based on a QlikView report, then create a new "QlikView Entity Report" in the other .nsq file, add the QlikView report and add the "QlikView Entity Report" to your Task
2. If the 3rd report is based on a template then:
  1. Create a new report of the same format in the other .nsq file.
  2. "Open" the template in the report:
  3. Add all of the QlikView objects you are using in the report from the NPrinting Template Editor:
