Export N Printing Recipients list

Hi Guys,

So I need to make a list of all recipients of all N Printing reports that we export.

Is this possible or do I have to do it manually ?

If you've manually generated each recipient, these recipients are stored in the NSQ file. However, there is no tool to export the recipient information from the NSQ file. You will need to do it manually.

what kind of list are you needing to make and how will it be used?

One option you can do is pull up the recipient list in the nsq, highlight all of the rows and columns for the recipients you want to export, ctrl-C (to copy), open Excel and select the first 2 cilomns and paste - see below
