      <title>The NPrinting scheduling issue</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Expert,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have created an NPrinting to send the report by email. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;And&amp;nbsp; I put that file into the NPrinting server, and start the service. But I can't get the report at the scheduled time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to solve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;first thing to check is the service log &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;usually it's in the c:\users\public\documents\nprinting\log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in the log &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you check if the service started to run your schedule &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if yes you probably encounter an error &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not go back to your nsq file and check the desired schedule&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;by this order:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. check that the schedule is active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2, check that you assigned a job to the schedule &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.run the job manually and see that you got the desired results&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you don't find anything there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then recheck that the nprinting server is running&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;by opening the management console and verifying that the service is started&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you say you cant get the report at the scheduled time, does that mean it is generated at another time, or not generated at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wiuld suggest looking in the server log file towards the bottom - any errors being encointered when trying to create the report, such as cannot access a file, a job not associated with a schedule, etc. will be in the log file&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
