    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing an error on QlikView NPriniting. I have created a PDF report. Now, whenever I try to open the template, it shows an error, "Data at the root level in invalid". Line 1 Position 1".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to perform everything again, create a new task and a report, the same error was displayed again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any one please help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rgds...Usama&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's possible that you have a corrupted adobe PDF reader and or NPrinting installation..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Uninstall your Adobe product&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Uninstall NPrinting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Reboot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Reinstall Adobe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Reinstall NPrinting*&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*When reinstalling NPrinting, ensure that you are installing NPrinting and adobe as an Administrator on the local machine. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-log on as a local machine administrator&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-right click on the installation file and select 'run as administrator' from the context menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-complete the installation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-reboot the computer again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to experience Technical Support issues, please contact the Qlik Support desk at the link below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.qlik.com/us/services/support/product-support" title="http://www.qlik.com/us/services/support/product-support"&gt;Technical Product Support | Qlik&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
