Everything works fine on the desktop, but when I publish the QVW, the Report and Queue buttons aren't there. The extensions are in the folder C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Extensions\Objects\NPrinting\, with a folder for NPReport, NPQueue, NPTask.
