NPrinting does not send reports

Hi,

we have a situation in which one day NPrinting works and sends the reports manually and automatically.

And in another day it does not send the report nor manually, neither automatically.

here is log:

Hey Inna,

I'm not able to tell based on the logs provided here, everything seems to be working unless I'm missing something.

I would suggest you open a ticket with Qlik Support. Please be sure to include all environmental information (QV Version, NPrinting Version, OS, License) and logs from when it worked and when it doesn't.

I agree with Chris in that I do not see any error - hwo is the report supposed to be sent out - emaiL

If ther is an issue manually, can you duplciate and send screen prints of the log that is displayed back to you?

Hello all,

thank you for your help.

the reason for unsending was a lack memory on the server.

NPrinitng just did not succeed to open the model and memory was 100% and did not get down.

Now I reduced the model to 30 of its original size and the reports are being sent now.
