NPrinting Server not generating any reports

I have one NSQ file which work fine in Nprinting test server it is generating log also.

But when I move this NSQ file to PRD server it is not producing any report and get stuck on “Message Run Task :O2C”. it is not even producing any log entry further .

Hi Infosense

Make sure that the user configured in the service has admin rights on server and if this account has not the Qlikview Desktop Personal Edition running(it must be licenced).

Yes my service account have admin rights. also we don't have Qlikview Desktop Personal Edition.

is there any other cause?

If you install Nprinting Developer on this server and run this task mannualy works?

Just to be absolutely sure... you DO have a licensed copy of QlikVIew desktop installed on the server correct ? And it was licensed while logged into the server as the account running the NP server correct ?

i wish if we can do so, but its PRD so we can not install Nprinting Designer there.

Jonathan Poole for your both question answer is Yes.

Hello Community,

Any one have not problem as like as me N Printing Server Hangs.

Reason is not now clear why this happens.
