Note: I don't want to create any PPT , pixel ,excel report using qvw file nprinting. I just want to send / attached only external file and send it to the user

It's easy, Follow the below steps...

1. Create an HTML report that you will use as a body of the email.

2. Create a task, associate that HTML report with the task and use it in the body of the email.

3. Attach external PDF report to that task.

Run the task....

You'll need to create a separate task for any pdf file

and create a group for each task

and assign users for the groups

because external files are hard codded and not dynamic
