Cannot access document when in modal condition when using NPrinting 16

Hi all,

I'm new to NPrinting, and I have installed the NP 16 now, and it works well.

But I found a problem, when I new or edit the report template when using Excel report, it always show "cannot access document when in modal condition". Then I can't see any objects in template editor.

I don't know what's the problem, could you please help with that?

Do you know why and how to solve that?

ok ,

Have your MS Office is correctly installed , if this done correctly ,

Please end your excel process from task manager , and try again .
