&lt;P&gt;Seems you are using proxy and as per our knowledge base most of the customer don't use while using Amazon S3 Bucket. if you still want to do make all participating server have port open from firewall and open for, send and receive data.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Amazon S3 connectivity issue</title>

&lt;P&gt;We're currently experiencing an issue while trying to access a file location in Amazon S3. The error message we're seeing is:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;curlCode: 35, SSL connect error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;AWS get bucket location failed: curlCode: 35, SSL connect error&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG style="font-family: inherit;"&gt; Failed to stat S3 bucket 'XYZ'&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide with resolving this matter.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In general&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;curlCode: 35, SSL connect error&lt;/STRONG&gt; was caused by connectivity especially by proxy settings or by Certificate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may validated the credentials with the "&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier"&gt;aws cli&lt;/FONT&gt;" through the command "&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier"&gt;aws s3 ls&lt;/FONT&gt;" on the same Qlik Replicate server&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier"&gt;aws s3 ls s3://&amp;lt;&lt;EM&gt;buckentName&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;gt;/&amp;lt;&lt;EM&gt;folderName&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
