&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Can you please confirm the &lt;A title="prerequisites " href="https://help.qlik.com/en-US/replicate/November2023/Content/Replicate/Main/Amazon%20S3/s3_prerequisitess3.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;prerequisites&lt;/A&gt; have been set for the target endpoint?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. In Amazon docs&amp;nbsp;&lt;A title="The message usually occurs when the outbound rules are missing in the security group" href="https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/database/automate-postgresql-log-exports-to-amazon-s3-using-extensions/#:~:text=Common%20errors%20and,the%20S3%20bucket." target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;The message usually occurs when the outbound rules are missing in the security group&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;In your Replicate console, switch to SERVER view, From the drop-down list in the top left corner of the console (below the product logo) select Server.&amp;nbsp;Then Server logging levels, Change the following component to VERBOSE.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier"&gt;SERVER&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier"&gt;STREAM_COMPONENT&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier"&gt;FILE FACTORY&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier"&gt;COMMUNICATION&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;recreate the error and then check the "repsrv.log" to see if helpful clue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We're encountering an error when attempting to browse the target folder in the S3 target:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Failed to browse storage&lt;BR /&gt;Failed to stat S3 bucket 'X-Y-Z'. AWS get bucket location failed: curlCode: 28, Timeout was reached curlCode: 28, Timeout was reached."&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We would greatly appreciate any assistance or insights you can provide regarding this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
