I used to use previous version of Support site where I didn't need to create another account like I just created BioRad100. I need to review old cases and take necessary actions.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/151894"&gt;@BioRad100&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;After moving to the community old cases are not visible anymore. In order to get the old case history, raise a ticket with Customer support and they can help you with that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
