error on SAP Data extractor

Hello

we get attached error by using SAP extractor package

01206795: 2024-06-26T09:15:15 [SOURCE_UNLOAD ]E: Failed to open stream for data selection from extractor '0AC_DOC_TYP_TEXT' with error e:/QTQVC/OPEN_STREAM not found in SAP. [1024719] (custom_endpoint_unload.c:258)

we checked the transport, we checked the activation of the extractors andwe checked the authorisation and we couldn't find any issue there

any idea what could be wrong

Hello @Meglitsch

Can you verify if the extractor is setup correctly and /QTQVC/OPEN_STREAM is enabled?

Also, there is a constraint that one extractor cannot be used in multiple tasks, there should be separate extractor associated with each task.

for the fast replay.. as info we are connected SAP ECC..

where can i find this parameter
