&lt;P&gt;As we checked over a call, the latency is happening due to slow read speed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To troubleshoot more, we requested a log and even shared a file share link to upload logs, but we haven't received the logs yet to analyze from our end.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
