SQL Server source data too large for Postgres Destination column

Receiving the following error:

"Command failed to load data with exit error code 1, Command output: ERROR: column 15 actual length 15 exceeds column spec length 14"

Blank databases created on the Postgres destination. Table structure created by Qlik during replication initialization.

I have been dealing with these ad-hoc at the column level, but the issue is starting to prove to be wide-spread and I am looking for options.
