Qlik task failed in CDC with error

We setup a new task to replicate from source MySQL 8 on premise into target endpoint Snowflake.

There are two tables for loading and went smoothly until it hit CDC.

The task failed and error as shown below. We have similar tasks setup with different tables was able to run successfully. This is strange. How to solve it?

Error 1236 (Could not find first log file name in binary log index file) reading binlog

Stream component 'st_0_APP_DEV' terminated
Stream component failed at subtask 0, component st_0_APP_DEV
Error executing source loop

Hello Desmond, @desmondchew

Not sure what's the Replicate version (and platform, Windows, or Linux), and if any special settings of the MySQL 8 Source DB, eg if it's a slave DB (which was a replica from another master DB).

We'd like suggest you to set SOURCE_CAPTURE to Verbose to get further information to understand the issue.
