Qlik Replicate Web Console – ERR_CONNECTION_RESET When Accessing via Cluster Virtual IP

Hi Support,

We are encountering an issue accessing the Qlik Replicate Web Console. When attempting to connect via a browser, we receive the following error:

> "This site can’t be reached – ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"

Our deployment is configured as a Windows Cluster, and we are using the Cluster Virtual IP (VIP) in the URL to access the web console (e.g., https://<Cluster-VIP>).

We have confirmed the following:
- All Qlik Replicate services on the nodes are running.
- Firewall rules allow traffic on ports 80 and 443.
- The error persists across different networks and browsers.

Could you please advise on possible causes for this issue when using the Cluster VIP to access the Web Console?
Is there any additional configuration required for cluster-based access over HTTPS?

Various reasons may lead to the same error. One of the solution is adding Qlik Replicate Server as a Trusted Site, see Cannot connect from the Qlik Replicate Console.
