    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Support,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are encountering an issue accessing the Qlik Replicate Web Console. When attempting to connect via a browser, we receive the following error:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; "This site can’t be reached – ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="EY_C_0-1746436017741.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.qlik.com/skins/images/F8B11FBB1963C3F5190A68D84129B237/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="EY_C_0-1746436017741.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our deployment is configured as a Windows&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cluster&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and we are using the &lt;STRONG&gt;Cluster Virtual IP (VIP)&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the URL to access the web console (e.g., https://&amp;lt;Cluster-VIP&amp;gt;).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have confirmed the following:&lt;BR /&gt;- All Qlik Replicate services on the nodes are running.&lt;BR /&gt;- Firewall rules allow traffic on ports 80 and 443.&lt;BR /&gt;- The error persists across different networks and browsers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please advise on possible causes for this issue when using the Cluster VIP to access the Web Console? &lt;BR /&gt;Is there any additional configuration required for cluster-based access over HTTPS?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Looking forward to your guidance.&lt;/P&gt;

One of the solution is adding&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Qlik Replicate Server as a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Trusted Site&lt;/STRONG&gt;, see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-Replicate-deployed-on-Linux-Cannot-connect-from-the-Qlik/ta-p/2107895" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Cannot connect from the Qlik Replicate Console&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
