Are you meaning you want to setup multiple Qlik Replicate Servers? or you want to run multiple EndPoints?

To clarify, for a Qlik Replicate license that supports file targets, is there a limit on the number of target endpoints (e.g., \fileserver1, \fileserver2, \fileserver3) that can be configured or used?

In other words, does the license allow just one file server target, or can it be used for multiple file servers?

In my opinion there is no such limitation. You many config any number of the endpoints, include the source and target endpoints.
