&lt;P&gt;This is a &lt;STRONG data-start="428" data-end="464"&gt;permissions/authentication error&lt;/STRONG&gt;. The request is failing because the credentials or token being used does &lt;STRONG data-start="609" data-end="643"&gt;not have sufficient permission&lt;/STRONG&gt; to perform the operation. It's an error out of Qlik Replicate, please work with your DBA to get it solved.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BTW, from the error message:&lt;/P&gt;
