Qlik Replicate missing Inserts : Oracle source to Snowflake : Urgent

Hi Support,

Currently we have an ongoing issue with Qlik replicate. We have raised this issue 3 weeks before. We want to escalate this issue and need clear fix / resolution to the ongoing issue.

Location : Australia

Source: Oracle

Destination: Snowflake.

Task Type: Log Stream

Issue : Missing inserts in the target table. Failed Insert record is available in CT tables and goes to exception table. Insert failing with "Error creating Net changes in the Batch Optimized Apply mode. for Details see the task log".

We are seeing this behavior for multiple tables, and we are not getting proper fix/resolution till now. This is major impact to our production system as this violates our Data integrity for the clients (Eg: Missing record will end up incorrect balance). We have provided all the information and till now we haven't found out the root cause. Can this be escalated and organize a meeting to get the support person with us to resolve ASAP.

Hi,

Please open a salesforce case for this problem and attach to the case the task logs + task diagnostic package of both Log Stream staging task and Log stream child task of the task that face the problem so that our support team can troubleshoot the cause of the problem and solve it.
