How to load a table with a filtered on a column that brings in last 2 years of rolling data

I have a table, EX10 with column name "EffectiveDate",a date datatype from MySQL as source endpoint going into Snowflake target.

The requirement is to load the last two years of rolling data. Instead of hardcoding the filter as followed:

EffectiveDate >='2024-01-01'

How can I set so that at the point of setting up the task to load, it takes exact 2 years of data ie. from 4/7/2024 onwards?.
