>> without any answer of the Qlik account manager during 2 weeks

~That's rather dissapointing. It's tricky. Many non-permanent licenses expire 12/31. (Mine did!). That's precisely account folks try to close the last sales of the year and take a little vacation. It would be better to have things expire 2 weeks after (or before) calender year end.

I'm glad it got resolved though. Excellent.

>> i have not the choice to use this channel.

Nitpicking: Yes you did have a choice. You could have used the support channel directly. :-).

You see, mot readers here are not with Qlik, just other users or interested folks. Those that are with Qlik are do not directly see you real name, company association, or contract details. They are unlikely in a position to actually generate a license, but admittedly they may know a person/group that can. With a format support call at least all the details become directly available to allow appropriate help.

Anyway, it solved, moving on!

Cheers,

Hein.

Hi @Steve_Nguyen ,

Now, we expected a definitively licence on SIM

On PROD, we understand that the licence must be extended for the flat files and for mySQL

Tks to your help

About the connectors extension, we need also for SQLServer

NB : We have checked, it is covered in the contract

Tks to your help

Then use the proper support channel - not this ad-hoc, best-effort forum where you may or might not catch the attention of Qlik person.

This time you got lucky with Steve following up some, but don't count on that.
